본 연구는 통전중인 『도선단면의 절단』 또는 『개폐접점계의 동작장애』로 인해 각기 또는 동시에 나타낼 수 있는 발·출화의 위험성을 취하고 있으며, 각 개체가 작용하고 효력을 발 휘하는 과정 및 결과에 대한 「조사관들의 인식」에 있어서 다음과 같은 공통된 유효성을 부 가하고 향상시키는데 목적을 두었다. ① 용어 정의의 세분 및 정립. ② 발화 과정과 원인의 개념화. ③ 보고서 작성시 표현의 개선.

This study deals with the dangers of firing that can be manifested individually or simultaneously due to 『Cutting of conductor’s cross-section in a electric wire』 or 『Disturbances in the operation of the contact in the switching system』 during electrification. And then, It aims to add and improve the following common effectiveness in the 「investigator‘s perception」 of the process and results of each individual's action and effectiveness. ① Segmentation and establishment of term definitions. ② Conceptualizing of process and cause of ignition. ③ Improved wording in report writing.
