2024년 6월 24일 화성시 배터리 공장 화재로 총 23명이 사망하는 대형 인명피해 화재가 발생하였다. 이처럼 화재현장에 최초 출동하는 경찰관 본인의 안전을 지킬 수 있는 화재 안 전장비에 대한 연구로, 실제 현직 경찰관들이 보유하고 운용하고 있는 화재 안전장비 현황 과 화재 종류별 필요한 안전장비를 연구하여 신임 경찰관들이 화재현장 출동 시 안전에 대 한 교육 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 실제 가연 물별 화재현장 사진 및 동영상을 통해 현장감 있는 신임경찰교육을 진행하고, 대형 화재현장 출동을 종합훈련 사례로 구성하여 화재 안 전장비를 활용해 화재현장 고립된 피해자를 구조하는 훈련과 경찰관 본인의 생명과 신체를 보호하는 화재 안전장비 교육을 진행하고자 한다.

On June 24, 2024, a fire at a battery factory in Hwaseong City caused a large casualty fire that killed a total of 23 people. As a study on fire safety equipment that can protect the safety of police officers who are dispatched to the fire site for the first time, we would like to study the current status of fire safety equipment owned and operated by current police officers and necessary safety equipment for each type of fire to suggest education measures for safety when new police officers are dispatched to the fire site. We would like to conduct realistic new police training through photos and videos of fire sites by combustible materials, and conduct training to rescue victims isolated from fire sites using fire safety equipment by comprehensive training cases, and fire safety equipment training to protect the lives and bodies of police officers themselves.
